Minimizing Back Pain During Sleep

  • I am very particular about telling my patients how careful they should be while sleeping. Below are some easy pointers to keep in mind while going to sleep:

  • -Make sure your back is supporting your back.
  • -Get in the bed by sitting on the edge of the mattress.
  • -Get out of the bed by rolling on your side, supporting yourself with the hands
  • -Choose sleep positions that support your back.
